Through the SPA Desk Interface, spa staff can charge guests for towels and clear the guest's charge by collecting the towel. This provides full control over your hotel program via the AYZ interface without needing to access your accounts.

Guest QR Web towel application. Guests staying at the hotel are checked in using their room number and date of birth, and the towel fee is automatically sent to the guest's room account. When the guest returns the towel, the towel fee is automatically deducted from their account.
